Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Information Sharing and Disclosure

Information about my customers is important to my business. I share your personal information for very limited reasons and in limited circumstances, as follows:

Etsy. I share information with Etsy as necessary to provide you my services and comply with my obligations under both the Etsy Seller Policy and Etsy Terms of Use.
Service providers. I engage certain trusted third parties to perform functions and provide services to my shop, such as delivery companies. I will share your personal information with these third parties, but only to the extent necessary to perform these services.

Custom and personalized orders

I welcome custom and personalized orders, including modifications of existing products or creating items I don't have listed. Feel free to reach out directly to discuss options and ideas as well as timing/cost. This is my favorite part of being a Maker!!

Processing and Shipping Times

I generally say it will take 1-2 weeks for me to ship an order, plus the transit time with the carrier for delivery depending on your location. Most shipments are standard USPS first class with tracking. (other options available upon request)

If you need something more urgently, please reach out as I am happy to accommodate wherever possible. My goal isn't to take long, but rather to manage expectations during peak times given this is primarily a weekend activity for me. I can often times turn orders around much faster. If you need something faster I will happily help out if I'm available.

Transit Times

Please ensure you let me know if you have a date that cannot be missed. I will let you know if there are alternate means of shipping to ensure you get the product on time. In those cases I will setup a separate listing with the custom shipping for you.

NOTE: As no carriers are currently guaranteeing their delivery services - I unfortunately cannot guarantee a delivery date for you. USPS has a 30 day wait period before traces/claims can be submitted. UPS traces can be started the day after the estimated delivery date. Weather isn't covered

Local Pickup

If you are in the Bucks County, PA area we are happy to arrange for local pickup! This could come in handy for last minute gifts, especially closer to the holidays! Please note: due to claim policies, I will need documentation of local pickups in the event Etsy needs proof of delivery.

Care instructions

The inks and vinyl I use shouldn't be exposed to very high heat so I recommend the items made with fabric don't go into the dryer on high heat or use fabric softener. I also recommend the items such as tumblers and glasses be hand washed. Keep in mind items let in cars or near windows could inadvertently be exposed to heat that is damaging as well.

How are these items made?

This answer depends on the item, so I'll provide some examples here. I'm always happy to answer questions around the materials used so please reach out if you'd like more information. Generally speaking, most of my materials are "blanks" I purchase from various suppliers and then I personally decorate with vinyl, permanent ink or etching. For vinyl on items such as tumblers and shirts, I use design software & equipment to cut the vinyl and apply it to the items. Other items use a permanent ink designed for specific "blanks". In these cases I use design software to print the designs/photos onto transfers and then apply the ink to the items such as fabrics, drinkware, keychains, etc. The ink has no texture to the touch like vinyl.

I have an issue with an item I ordered, should I contact you?

Absolutely. Please reach out with any questions. If you are having an issue with any item please send a message with photos so I can help rectify the concern immediately.

Gift wrapping and packaging

I don't currently have a standard listing for gift wrapping, however I'm happy to discuss options if you're interested. I recognize your order may be getting shipped directly to your gift recipient and can wrap it with love and even send you photos if you'd like. Larger items like pillows with inserts are wrapped in gift bags that are also decorated. Note: these are pillow cases and I print design on them relevant for your gift. I will message you with options. For smaller items I use standard craft or white paper and ribbon, but am happy to customize upon request.

Can I stack coupons and/or sales?

I set all sales and coupons such that they should reflect the final pricing expected individually. Coupons should not stack with sales or other coupons. If the Etsy system inadvertently allows it, I will reach out to you and provide the option to have the order price updated or cancelled. The only exception is for shipping. In the event I offer free shipping in conjunction with a sale that would be valid.

My item says delivered but I didn't receive it, or it arrived damaged. What should I do?

My shipments usually include tracking/insurance. I follow procedures required by carriers to get the insurance to cover replacements for damaged/lost items for customers.

Damaged items: please ensure nothing is thrown out, including packaging. I will likely need photos. Please note, many carriers may require the customer to bring the damaged item in in person.

Missing items that show they are delivered: I will need to reach out to the carrier for GPS confirmation (they have this for every delivery to show where it was actually delivered). Resolution will likely require a police report from the customer for the carrier to resolve the insurance claim.

Missing items, not delivered: Carriers have minimum days before traces can be done.
